Doctrinal Statement
THE BIBLE - King James Version (KJV) - Only
We believe the King James Bible is the inspired and preserved Word of God, free from contradiction or mistakes. It is our final authority in all matters of faith and practice.

King James Bible:
Psalms 12:6-7 2 Timothy 3:16-17 2 Peter 1:19-21; Proverbs 30:5

KJV Scripture Psalms 12:6-7 (KJV) “6. The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.  7. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17 (KJV) “16. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:  17. That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.” 2 Peter 1:19-21 (KJV) “19. We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:  20. Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.  21. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” Proverbs 30:5 (KJV) “Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.”

SALVATION – BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH

We believe that salvation is by grace through faith alone. Being born again by believing on the death, burial and resurrection from the dead of Lord Jesus Christ is the only requirement for salvation. On the Cross, Jesus made penal, substitutionary atonement on our behalf by shedding His precious blood. In death, Jesus paid the full penalty for our sins and in resurrection, He conquered death and Hell. The Bible’s clear teaching is that Salvation is a gift that cannot be bought or earned.

King James Bible:

Ephesians 2:8-9; John 3:36; Acts 16:30-31; Leviticus 17:11; 1 Corinthians 15:55-57;

KJV Scripture Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV) “8. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:  9. Not of works, lest any man should boast.” John 3:36 (KJV) “He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” Acts 16:30-31 (KJV) “30. And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?  31. And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house." Leviticus 17:11 (KJV) “For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.” 1 Corinthians 15:55-57 (KJV) “55. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?  56. The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.  57. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

ETERNAL SECURITY - ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED

We believe in the eternal security of the believer. Once you are saved, you can NOT lose your salvation.

King James Bible:

John 1:12-13; Titus 1:2

KJV Scripture John 1:12-13 (KJV) “12. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:  13. Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” Titus 1:2 (KJV) “In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;”

THE TRINITY and DIETY OF JESUS CHRIST

We believe that Jesus is God, and that Jesus Christ was conceived of the Holy Ghost and born of the virgin Mary. Jesus, and the Father and the Holy Ghost are all part of the Godhead and are one, but yet they are separate personalities. This doctrine is commonly known as the trinity.

We reject the heresy of “Jesus only movement”  (known also as modalism or so-called "oneness”).

King James Bible:

1 John 5:7, John 1:1; John 1:14; John 8:16-18; John 17:5; Hebrews 1:8; 1 Corinthians 15:27-28; 1 Timothy 3:16; Genesis 1:1-2;  Genesis 1:26-27; Daniel 3:24-28

KJV Scripture 1 John 5:7 (KJV) “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.” John 1:1 (KJV) “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” John 1:14 (KJV) “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” John 8:16-18 (KJV) “16. And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me. 17. It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true. 18. I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father that sent me beareth witness of me.” John 17:5 (KJV) “And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.” Hebrews 1:8 (KJV) “But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.” 1 Corinthians 15:27-28 (KJV) “27. For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. 28. And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.” 1 Timothy 3:16 (KJV) “And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.” Genesis 1:1-2 (KJV) “1. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters." Genesis 1:26-27 (KJV) “1. And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.“ Daniel 3:24-28 (KJV) “24. Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king. 25. He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God. 26. Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning fiery furnace, and spake, and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, ye servants of the most high God, come forth, and come hither. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, came forth of the midst of the fire. 27. And the princes, governors, and captains, and the king's counsellors, being gathered together, saw these men, upon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them. 28. Then Nebuchadnezzar spake, and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king's word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.”

THE VIRGIN BIRTH

We believe that Jesus Christ is God, and was conceived of the Holy Ghost and born of the virgin Mary.

King James Bible:

Isaiah 7:14; Isaiah 9:6; Matthew 1:23; 1 Timothy 3:16

KJV Scripture Isaiah 7:14 (KJV) "14. Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel." Isaiah 9:6 (KJV) "6.For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." Matthew 1:23 (KJV) "23. Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us." 1 Timothy 3:16 (KJV) "16. And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory."

CREATION - 6 DAY CREATION

We believe in literal 6 days of Creation

King James Bible:

Exodus 20:11

KJV Scripture Exodus 20:11 (KJV) "11. For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it."

HEAVEN and HELL / HELL BEING ETERNAL

We believe that the saved will live forever with God and that the unsaved will be damned forever in torment in a place called hell. They will be punished whilst being in the presence of the Lord. Salvation is the ultimate key which unlocks the door to heaven, and without salvation the door to heaven will remain locked.

King James Bible:

John 3:36; Revelation 14:10-11; 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9; Psalm 139:7-8; Deuteronomy 32:22; Job 26:6; Psalm 9:17; Psalm 16:10; Proverbs 15:11; Proverbs 27:20; Isaiah 14:15; Matthew 10:28; 2 Peter 2:4; Matthew 25:41; Revelation 20:14

KJV Scripture John 3:36 (KJV) "36. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him." Revelation 14:10-11 (KJV) "10. The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: 11. And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name." 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9 (KJV) "8. In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: 9. Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;" Psalm 139:7-8 (KJV) "7. Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? 8. If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there." Deuteronomy 32:22 (KJV) "22. For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains." Job 26:6 (KJV) "6. Hell is naked before him, and destruction hath no covering." Psalm 9:17 (KJV) "17. The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God." Psalm 16:10 (KJV) "10. For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption." Proverbs 15:11 (KJV) "11. Hell and destruction are before the LORD: how much more then the hearts of the children of men?" Proverbs 27:20 (KJV) "20. Hell and destruction are never full; so the eyes of man are never satisfied." Isaiah 14:15 (KJV) "15. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit." Matthew 10:28 (KJV) "28. And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." 2 Peter 2:4 (KJV) "4. For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;" Matthew 25:41 (KJV) "41. Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:" Revelation 20:14 (KJV) "14. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death."

THE END TIMES PROPHESY - AFTER THE TRIBULATION RAPTURE – THE SECOND COMING OF JESUS CHRIST

We believe that the second coming of Jesus Christ will take place after the tribulation but before God pours out his wrath on the earth. We believe in after tribulation and pre-wrath rapture.

King James Bible:

Matthew 24:29-31; Revelation 6; 1 Thessalonians 4

KJV Scripture Matthew 24:29-31 (KJV) "29. Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:  30. And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other." Rev 6:1 (KJV) "1. And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.  2. And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.  3. And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.  4. And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.  5. And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.  6. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.  7. And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.  8. And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.  9. And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:  10. And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?  11. And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.  12. And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;  13. And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.  14. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.  15. And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;  16. And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:  17. For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?" 1 Thessalonians 4 (KJV) "1. Furthermore then we beseech you, brethren, and exhort you by the Lord Jesus, that as ye have received of us how ye ought to walk and to please God, so ye would abound more and more.  2. For ye know what commandments we gave you by the Lord Jesus.  3. For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:  4. That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour;  5. Not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not God:  6. That no man go beyond and defraud his brother in any matter: because that the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also have forewarned you and testified.  7. For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.  8. He therefore that despiseth, despiseth not man, but God, who hath also given unto us his holy Spirit.  9. But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another.  10. And indeed ye do it toward all the brethren which are in all Macedonia: but we beseech you, brethren, that ye increase more and more;  11. And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;  12. That ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing.  13. But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.  14. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.  15. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.  16. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  17. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  18. Wherefore comfort one another with these words."

BAPTISM

We believe that what we have to do to be saved is to call upon the name of the Lord. It does not mention anything else not even baptism is mentioned here as a condition to be saved. But John 3:5 is talking about being born of the water from your mother’s womb
into this physical world. It’s talking of a physical birth not baptism.

The thief on the cross was not baptized but yet what did Jesus say to him (Luke 23:43). So how can baptism be part of the salvation.

King James Bible:

Romans 10:13; John 3:15; John 3:16; Ephesians 2:8-9; John 3:5; Luke 23:43

KJV Scripture Romans 10:13 (KJV) "13. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." John 3:15 (KJV) "15. That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life." John 3:16 (KJV) "16. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV) "8. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9. Not of works, lest any man should boast." John 3:5 (KJV) "5. Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." Luke 23:43 (KJV) "43. And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise."

LOCAL CHURCH, EVANGELISM and SOUL WINNING

We believe in the local church and not in a universal church. Church members gather together locally, and in one Spirit to be a biblical church. The church has been entrusted with the Great Commission of preaching the Gospel and winning souls to Jesus Christ.

King James Bible:

Matthew 28:19; Proverbs 11:30; Luke 14:23

KJV Scripture Matthew 28:19 (KJV) "19. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:” Proverbs 11:30 (KJV) "30. The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.” Luke 14:23 (KJV) “23. And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.”

LIFE BEGINS AT CONCEPTION

We believe that life begins at conception and reject all forms of abortion. We believe that abortion is murder and should be made illegal.

King James Bible:

Jeremiah 1:5; Psalm 139:14-16

KJV Scripture Jeremiah 1:5 (KJV) "5. Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.” Psalm 139:14-16 (KJV) "14. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. 15. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. 16. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.”

CALVINISM

We reject teaching of Calvinism, as it is false and unbiblical. Calvinism teaches that there is no choice involved in salvation, and that Jesus didn’t die for everyone. The Bible teaches that we have to turn to Jesus Christ, to have the faith and to turn to him and call upon his name. To come to him to take the water of life freely.

King James Bible:
John 5:39-40, John 6:44-45, John 12:32, Ephesians 2:8, John 4:10, Romans 10:9, Romans 8: 29-30, 1 Timothy 2:4, Titus 2:11,

1 John 2, Hebrews 2:9

KJV Scripture John 5:39-40 (KJV) “39. Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.  40. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.” John 6:44-45 (KJV) “44. No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.  45. It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.” Calvinists fail to continue to read the next verse 45 (John 45) , which says, that as it is written in the Old Testament, they shall be taught of God, and when they have heard and learned of the Father, they come to him. (Isaiah 54:13). It’s in Response to Gods WORD THAT GOD DRAWS THEM BY HIS INVITATION. John 12:32 (KJV) “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.” Ephesians 2:8 (KJV) “8. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9. Not of works, lest any man should boast.” John 4:10 (KJV) “Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.”  The gift of God is always referring to salvation. Romans 10:9 (KJV) “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” Romans 8: 29-30 (KJV) “29. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.  30. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.” Foreknowledge is not the same as choosing. It means that you know or have knowledge of what is going to happen. 1 Timothy 2:4 (KJV) “ Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.” Titus 2:11 (KJV) “ For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,” 1 John 2 (KJV) “And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.” Hebrews 2:9 (KJV) “But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.”
